• Condition: Watches must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all tags, original box, papers, and packaging included.
• Exceptions: Custom orders, used watches, and final sale items are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

• Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

3. Refunds and Exchanges

• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned watch, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
